How to program without text by hand Visual Programming Languages and No-Code
Visual programming languages dispense with any text code – full concentration on the logic. The only skill needed: puzzles.
The first association to “program” should often be “code” – in the sense of source code according to a specified syntax and grammar. A programmer is therefore basically simply an author for highly specialized text. This provides freedoms, but also the need to master a certain language.
Ultimately, however, it’s all about the story – and basically you don’t have to be able to write a language for that. Cavemen were able to convey stories graphically, toddlers still do it today. And this is exactly where visual programming comes in.
