This Wednesday, April 5, Vive will be available for purchase with a discount of € 100, and all users will be able to enjoy the premiere of the Viveport subscription and a free copy of Arcade Saga.
HTC he has announced that the Wednesday, April 5th will be the Vive Day, a day on which the first anniversary of the commercial arrival of HTC Vive. Those interested in purchasing the HTC virtual reality device will be able to benefit that day from a discount of € 100 on the purchase. In addition, all Vive users will receive a free copy of the Arcade Saga game, developed by Vive Studios, and they will be able to try a free month of the Viveport subscription that premieres that same day, by pre-registering with Viveport.

The subscription to Viveport will have a monthly cost of € 7.99, which will allow us to choose up to 5 titles from those that are available with a subscription option. Every month we will be able to change this selection of contents, offering us the opportunity to test titles without having to buy them, although only those that the developers have authorized will be available. For its launch it will have more than 50 contents with experiences such as theBlu, Richie’s Plank Experience, Everest VR, Fantastic Contraption and Mars Odyssey. An opportunity for developers to have another source of income and for users to be able to enjoy titles that they otherwise might not have acquired.
Arcade Saga, developed by 2Bears Studios and Vive Studios, is a title that will allow us to play three types of games reminiscent of pinball, table tennis and archery. The free copy of Arcade Saga can be redeemed on April 5 at Viveport, saving us the € 19.99 it currently costs.
