The company has filed a lawsuit against the National Bureau of credit histories (nbki), as well as a private Double Data company, accusing them of unlawful use of personal information of users of the social network.
As you know, the NCB has partnered with banks, helping the latter to determine the solvency of customers and, accordingly, to decide whether to give them credit or not. The company “Vkontakte” says that NCBI uses its database, extracting from it information about the place of birth of the user, their surroundings, photography. Also tracked information on how often a user visits your page and what devices are used for this purpose. “VKontakte” stressed that the resolution of such actions of NCBI from representatives of the company have not received and believes that users will regard such manipulation as an attempt of interference in their lives.
After receiving the claims, defendants in debt does not remain themselves accused the social network in the intention to use private information for their own purposes.
