VTB has begun testing method, confirm transactions and sign documents for legal entities. Now users of the Internet Bank “VTB Business Online Lite” accessible “cloud” qualified
electronic signature.
Last year, the Bank has launched an online service for business registration with the app myDSS, and now have built the app for signing documents in your Internet Bank.
Unlike conventional electronic signatures for the “cloud” does not require installation of specialized software on the client computer. To sign documents using the app
myDSS the user receives on their mobile device push notification that contains summary information about the document, the client chooses the action to sign or reject the document. This
way safer than standard SMS-confirmation. However, it allows to increase the limits of banking operations in online channels and the ability to notarize documents in the absence of access
the Internet.
Technological and organizational basis of the project is the decision CryptoPro myDSS (joint development companies CryptoPro and SafeTech). It was built on the basis of hardware-software complex
cloud-based electronic signature CryptoPro DSS and platform mobile authentication and electronic signature PayControl.
