“ALGA GROUP” implemented “BIT:CRM 8″on Tuesday, may 3, the company “1C:accounting and Trade” (BIT) announced the completion of the project of automation of the Group of companies “ALGA GROUP” based on “BIT:CRM 8”.
Previously, all accounting was conducted in spreadsheets that did not allow management to control maintenance of client base, and track new customers. A system was needed which
to automate the relationship with the client and improve the quality of customer service, and will be able to analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and monitor
for execution of sales plans.
The project automated 40 jobs.
The results of the project:
• allows all clients in a single database, thus eliminating the possibility of losing buyers due to illness or layoff of an employee;
• easy and quick to plan and accomplish goals in sales;
• reporting on marketing activities that helped to invest your advertising budget more efficiently;
• increase the control of managers, which allowed to identify the most significant areas for development and boosting your sales.
