It seems that a video of the Back to Dinosaur Island demo that Crytek showed on a Crescent Bay prototype during GDC last month has been leaked. There is no doubt that his commitment to virtual reality is more than firm.
Graphically it seems that it has nothing to envy to the demos created with Unreal Engine 4, and we see how the viewer does not move from the site, so we understand that this is a demo to try standing without any kind of controller, looking around and without moving from the site. The light and physics effects such as vegetation movements are as good as we have always seen in CryEngine, and we are already impatient to see more works working with this engine in virtual reality.
