• Mutual settlements with contractors. Results: • Managed to avoid overstocking of the warehouse, which allowed to increase the turnover of funds. • 20% reduction in receivables
due to the operational control of settlements with clients. • Significantly reduced time costs of employees to conduct regulated accounting.
