On Tuesday, November 30, of the holding company “West Concept” has announced the beginning of large-scale project on creation of system of electronic document management using Microsoft Office SharePoint
Server 2010 in the Company “Soyuz-Telefonstroy”.
The aim of the project is to create an information system that allows to combine in a single information space of the Central office of “Soyuz-Telefonstroy” and 6 branches of the company across
The implemented system will consist of two modules. Module “record keeping” will include libraries for each of the branches with the possibility of storing work documents in electronic form, routes
coordination of documents, registration of incoming and outgoing documents, organization of control of performance discipline. The module “Portal” will allow to plan and organize meetings
to plan the total resources of the company, to display in one calendar of corporate events of the company available for all staff to create a library to store corporate news, events
the company corporate documents.
Approximate number of users of the System in the first implementation phase will be 250 people.
