Company Digital Design has announced that the company “Smeshariki” has engaged one of its products for automation of work of his office.
According to the IT companies “Smeshariki” have a complex business structure* and prepares to implement its ambitious plans for its development. In this regard, the management of the client company decided
to automate core business processes of the office as well as the processes associated with contractual activities. To solve this problem, “Smeshariki” was chosen BY Digital Design, the Smart Start system for
DocsVision 4.0.
In the course of the project using the said system was automated search processes, preparation, negotiation and execution of documents. Also, the use of Smart Start for DocsVision 4.0 enabled
the customer to create a single information space for registration, accounting and storage of documentation. In addition, on the basis of this “Smeshariki” shaped electronic catalogues of toys and books
produced under its brand name.
The company was organized 10 user workstations system Smart Start for DocsVision 4.0. However, 10 employees have been trained on the new system.
The cost of this project, the company is not known.
