Discuss the Concept of development of electronic democracy| 16.04.2012
On a Single portal of e-democracy hosted the Concept development Rossiiskoi Federation
electronic democracy till 2020 for public comment and input. The concept defines the main priorities, directions and stages of development in the Russian Federation
mechanisms of e-democracy. Citizens can Express their views on these issues within 30 days from the date of publication of the Concept.
In the framework of the state program “Information society (2011-2020)” the Ministry of communications of Russia has developed a system of “Electronic democracy”, which will not only be an effective tool
participation of citizens in matters of state and municipal management, but also increase the degree of openness of the state and development of democratic institutions in General. Currently, the system includes
the portal and the remote module is intended for placing on official sites of departments, is in pilot operation. Under the same project developed methodology electronic
democracy and regulations governing its existence and development in Russia, including the concept proposed for public discussion.
