Beat Saber is often called “Dance Dance Revolution, but for VR”, and it seems that it couldn’t be more believable, because a mod FeetSaber, which essentially turns the game into DDR.
In addition to its incendiary gameplay, a vast community of creators and modders tracks Beat Saber is probably the main reason why the game is one of the best-selling game to date.
New mod, created by Modder under the nickname Naluluna, literally attaches a tiny lightsabers to your feet and lowers the notes on the ground, turning the gameplay into a surprisingly functional dance game. Using trackers Vive, attached to the legs and hips, the usual controllers and software LIV and Virtual MotionCapture , YouTuber omotea pictured himself playing the mod as your avatar:
FeetSaber is part of a Suite of mods Beat Sabre from Naluluna called NalulunaModifier, which also contains several other mods, including “Boxing“, “Badminton” and “Vacuum Saber”
