Google filed the second lawsuit in the United States for tracking users in primogeniture Dragoons
The search engine continues to collect data even after users have disabled the function “History applications and web search”.
Google is accused of violating the Federal law on wiretapping and privacy laws of the state of California. The company continues to track what users
browsing the news, advertising messages and other applications. Users believe that they do not track because they disabled the function of “History of applications and web search” in the settings
their Google account.
The lawsuit alleges that the data were collected using Google Firebase IS designed for storage, shipping notices and advertisements, and track glitches and clicks. Firebase
works within the applications transparently to the users.
Even when consumers follow the instructions of the company and disable tracking, Google continues to follow them.
Last month, Boyce Schiller of Flexner accused Google that secretly records actions of users of the Chrome browser in “incognito”mode.
