Studio and distributor of All Media. The main share and control will remain with the current shareholders and founders of the holding, neither the structural changes nor the exclusive terms of cooperation

This is the first deal to attract an external investor to START. The platform is already out on the operating profit and sustainability, so the investment in MegaFon will be focused primarily on increasing
production volumes of original content and development of new related businesses.
MegaFon in the next three years to invest in the development of the service to 5 billion rubles. The company stressed that the Megaphone TV and START – two complementary assets with different business models
– marketplace and monopolise with unique Russian content, audience services not intersect.

in comparison with the same period of 2019.
The company was founded by Studio Yellow, Black and White in 2017, and over the past three years has released more than 30 original projects, and in development at the moment more than 50.
