Samsung becomes the official technological partner of the MAN, making Gear VR units available to visitors, to travel to the past in an immersive way.

The National Archaeological Museum, located in Madrid, has announced a collaboration agreement with Samsungdesigned to transform the experience of visitors who come to the museum. To do this, from today, Samsung makes Gear VR units available to visitors to immerse themselves in virtual reality experiences, bringing culture to users in a different and immersive way. Travel to the past, visit ancestral caves and tour historical events, from prehistory to contemporary age, and accompanied by a virtual character who will guide us through the experience. All this, thanks to Vive el pasado, the new application created jointly by Samsung and MAN, which we can download for free from the Oculus store.

Samsung thus becomes the official technological collaborator of the museum and adds a new initiative with which to promote and publicize virtual reality. Recently, Samsung has also collaborated with Warner Park on the creation of the Batman roller coaster, which uses the Gear VR viewer to offer a totally different experience from the classic roller coaster.
