Neun’s shooter, in which we become a cyborg, is now available in early access for Rift and Vive, as well as a demo.
New Games premieres the early access and one demo of Revoke, its first person shooter arcade style in which we will enjoy a linear story with intense battles against bosses, since they have several phases and types of damage. One of our bionic hands will control the firearms and the other will allow us to launch special abilities such as the energy shield or the additional speed, being only possible to select two for each mission. Set in 2082, our goal as a member of the rebel forces fighting the government will be to rescue Noan, the only fully organic human in the world.
The Chinese company bets on free movement, arcade action and the possibility of launching special abilities that we can activate by charging energy from shooting enemies. Each time we eliminate one of the bosses, we will be able to unlock some of the abilities.
Currently the title has at least 3 bosses, and for the final version they plan to add new maps, characters and abilities, as well as cooperative mode and new mechanics that they explore during development, which will last at least 6 months.
We can download the new demo, which allows us to set the difficulty and graphics, through its Steam page. The title is compatible with Rift and Vive, and is available for€ 19.99 (there is a 10% discount until August 1). The study plans to bring the game to PSVR, probably at the end of the early access period.
