However, you should definitely be patient: because if no company offers the service voluntarily, the Federal Network Agency can oblige one or more providers to do so – with several months’ deadlines until provision. How long it takes for the faster connection to really be there also depends on how complex the construction measures are.
By the way, there is no right to a certain technique. So if you want glass fiber, you don’t have to get glass fiber. However, a minimum download speed of 10 megabits per second is already possible.
