The project was called the subsidiary “Rosteh” – national centre for information (NCI), a developer of video surveillance systems for the purchase of the company “Elvis of Neotek”. According to information
presented in the media, citing a source in the NCI, customers of the installation of such systems in schools become regional education departments. Information about their purchase is on the site of public procurement,

Recalling the words of the representative of the company “Elvis of Neotek” Eugene Lapteva, it was specified that the company has already put 28 thousand cameras, each of which was worth about 10 thousand rubles., and in order to

Separately, it was stressed that the biometric data of pupils, teachers and other school employees entered into the database only with their consent to the processing and stored locally. All equip

educational environment”, which is part of the national project “Education”.

conduct surveillance of citizens and to personal data processing without the consent of the owner. Decisions about the dissemination of the pilot project to all schools in the country have not yet adopted,

It is worth noting that KG rostec takes part in the project on development and modernization of ICT infrastructure of educational institutions by 2019.
