TopS BI has developed a new corporate portal for “Shtokman development AG” | 01.02.2012
The company TopSBI has completed the project of migration of the corporate portal of the company “Shtokman development AG” on the platform MicrosoftSharePoint 2010, in implementing new modules and services.
Before Tops BI the task was to migrate the existing portal of the company “Shtokman development AG“ on the platform Microsoft SharePoint 2010 by implementing more flexible terms
support and development of corporate web space.
Graphic design the new portal was developed by experts TopS BI with the features of SharePoint 2010, this was based on the design of the previous version of the portal.
In accordance with the wishes of the company “Shtokman development AG” for the intranet portal was developed and integrated several modules and services: the form of receiving feedback from the Company’s management,
information pages, document library, calendar of events, news, corporate newspaper, media library (corporate pictures and videos), ads, a directory of employees, jobs,
appointments, birthdays, forum, knowledge base, surveys, applications, etc.
Because of “Shtokman development AG” is an international company, one of the key tasks of TopS BI, was the implementation of bilingual portal with the ability to jump to similar content
for any page or service. Also for a set of services supports the distribution of content across geographical locations. Thus, employees of a unit get
the information relevant for their region.
