Enter your keyboard into the virtual world with the help of an external camera, which also allows you to see your hands when typing.

Application WorkinVR of KeswickVR it allows us to work in a configurable virtual environment with multiple virtual desktops and the addition of being able to see our real keyboard within the environment, although unlike other solutions that bet on placing a Tracker on the keyboard, in this case it uses an external webcam instead of the one that, for example, incorporate HTC viewers. This allows us to see the real image of our hands typing on the real keyboard, something fundamental to perform our work in an immersive way, as its creators explain.

“Most of us when we go to work every day sit in front of the PC screen and use a keyboard to do our work. These are the most important devices to interact with the world of information and yet, so far, virtual reality does not offer a good enough alternative. There is no existing practical virtual screen and keyboard app,” they comment.

Among its features, it has multiple virtual desktops adjustable at any point in the space, increased keyboard, curved main screen and correction and adjustments for each screen. The application also runs above the rest of the applications that we launch. We can download a demo or purchase the paid version of Steam or Viveport for € 7.99.
