ZHIK got the opportunity to do project management new
Monday, December 22, the company Interface announced the completion of works on creation of control system projects in the “Housing investment company of Kazan” (“the PUTT of the city of Kazan”).
According to IT companies, the customer is actively developed, and as a result decreased its controllability, transparency, etc. Then the user ZHIK decided to revise the existing
rules and regulations and to automate basic processes.
Analysis and implementation of the relevant project has been entrusted to “Interface”. Based on the results of “research” IT, the company found that the customer has
to automate three key business process. This discipline control, budgeting and managing the execution of projects. “Interface” also notes that in the course of the project it
employees had to describe acting in Jika processes subject to automation, and then “significantly” to rebuild and to formalize them.
The basis for creating the necessary customer information system “Interface” suggested the use of three software products: SED “BOSS-Referent”, “1C:Enterprise” and “Int-Project” (native
development of the Moscow firm).
According to IT company called EDS was used for the collective work of employees of ZHIK, to automate internal workflow, assign tasks and control
performance discipline. However, the contractor has implemented support for external electronic document flow between the customer and the city administration, which also uses SED “BOSS-Referent”.
With the help of “1C” in “PUTT, the city of Kazan” was established budgeting system that automatically generates the actual and plan figures based on the primary data. Control system
projects were implemented on the basis of its own design “Interface” called “Int-Project”. This application focuses on task management monitors performances. Accordingly, in
the project, called systems were integrated with each other.
Currently, the resulting information system has about 100 users.
