A third of SMB companies have not received payment for services from clientoperation Alexandrov
Platform “Mail.ru for business” and the Bank “Sphere” conducted a study and found out how there was a business relationship between the parties during the period of the pandemic coronavirus.
The company’s SMEs faced difficulties in working with contractors: 40% were forced to wait for longer than planned, 15% contractor went bankrupt or closed, and 11% not
was able to get the money back for work not done, 9% were dissatisfied with the quality of the work performed.
The entrepreneurs also admitted that it is always trying to check out a contractor before you start cooperation with him. Assess the reputation of the Manager or Trustee of 38%, 28% learn about

to decline, and by the end of the month returned to pre-crisis values.
Those entrepreneurs, whose companies were the contractors said that their customers asked for lower prices (50%) or to provide service on credit (18%), not paid for work performed or
paid partially (35%).
The study was conducted from June 23 to July 8, 2020, 2161 among employees of SMB.
