The project was completed with the use of the system “BOSS-Kadrovik” (development company “BOSS. Personnel system” within the group “It”).
GMCS automated system of personnel records and payroll customer, as well as integrated embedded solution with the accounting system. In addition, taking into account the needs and tasks of the operator,
IT company has expanded the standard functionality of the system “BOSS-Kadrovik”. In particular, she has developed and implemented a module of calculation of premiums.
GMCS noted that in this project it was set an unusual task: to integrate the implemented automated personnel management system with intranet portal “sinterry”.
(The portal was also developed GMCS, using SharePoint technology.) In particular, for users ‘ convenience the company has established a communications interface system “BOSS-Kadrovik” with internal
the web resource of the operator, which provides a universal mechanism of interaction between HR division and other divisions of the company.
