Luna: Moondust Garden is an extension of the original game Luna, which will bring the experience to our own halls.
Independent studio Funomena, known for its interactive virtual reality experience Luna (2017), announced that the company will bring a new Luna experience specially designed for augmented reality. Called Luna: Moondust Garden, the experience will be set for Magic Leap One this fall.
In Moondust Garden, the studio says, players ” explore the world of Luna’s tales from a new and intimate perspective by incorporating their animals and forests into their own reality. By planting and caring for a variety of plants, flowers, trees and islands within their physical space, players can create a beautiful garden where Fox can come out and play.”
Funomena co-founder and CEO and Luna designer Robin Hunicke will be at Magic Leap’s L. E. A. P. conference on October 10, to talk more about Luna: Moondust Garden and discuss the design and development process the team applied to develop the Magic Leap One experience. During the session, he will talk about creative inspiration, design, and best practices for developing AR experiences.
