Sberbank will consolidate 100% of the “Rambler” and buys from Alexander Mamut 45% stake in Rambler Group. The parties signed binding documentation and closed the deal. Payment for the 45% stake in Rambler Group will
be carried out in tranches. First — in the amount of 3 billion rubles will be paid immediately after the closing of the transaction. The second will be determined and paid during the year.
Also under the deal, Alexander Mamut will sell its stake in the cinema “Art”, 100% of which will be consolidated on the balance sheet of the Rambler Group. Sberbank became a shareholder in Rambler Group in 2019, in
July 2020, increasing its share in equity of the group to 55%.
