by the experimental design work (OKR) “development of a complex of program and technical means of reception centre and submission of confidential information” (code “Complex PLRC”).
According to the tender documentation, the contractor ROC will have until November 2010 to develop a prototype centre for the reception and provision of information (PLRC), intended for processing
information of limited access, not containing information constituting a state secret (confidential information), County and regional levels (PLRC-IAC). This complex should include
a set of software and hardware storage and processing of information resources and a set of program-technical means of information protection. The first of them should include:
server subsystem, network subsystem, management subsystem and the administration subsystem of a video conferencing client (AC user seven pieces), arm work with the public
Internet resources (one unit), the backup subsystem and the recovery subsystem of guaranteed power supplies. A set of program-technical means of information protection needs
include five subsystems: protection against unauthorized access, antivirus protection, ensure the integrity and accuracy of the information, firewalling and
administration.
The customer notes that the General PLRC-IATS, you must use a server operating system older than Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 web servers not under
SharePoint Server 2003 client OS older than Windows XP SP2, office AT least MS Office 2003 and management system videoconference (Emblaze-VCON ) is not worse than the Media Xchange Manager. Part
application software is scheduled to include the email server is not under MS Exchange 2003 and MS SQL version 2005 and older.
