The Russian division of RIGroup established a system dokumentooborota Friday, November 7, DocsVision company announced that one of its partners – firm iDoc has implemented a document management system DocsVision 4.0, the Russian branch of RIGroup (OOO “Russian
investment group”), specializing in real estate transactions.

The project was a preliminary assessment of the subject area, a detailed analysis be automated processes and system requirements, deployed and configured platform
DocsVision conducted standard settings the standard system application “Paperwork” and “process Control”.

Now the automated customer account inbound, outbound, and administrative documentation, implemented discipline control. The system is up and running, working with her 150
employees of the company.

Plans RIGroup – creation of electronic archive of documents, automation of processes of registration of faxes, preparation and approval of memos, development of a system for the automation of contractual
work.

The project cost is a commercial secret.
